Return and Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days provided:

1. You are the original purchaser and you purchased your item directly TC.
2. You have a copy of the original invoice in the box with your current contact information and the reason for return.
3. The item is new, in its original packaging and has not been used, installed or tampered with in any way.
4. Return your package (prepaid and insured) to: Torque Converters Inc.; Attention: Returns Department; 1125 South Garfield Ave. Unit A; Loveland, Colorado 80537.

Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Freight, handling and associated fees are not refundable. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment as originally received. There is a 15% restocking fee.

Core Allowances

The core charge will be refunded to customers who returns their used torque converter. Once the core has been inspected and determined to be the correct rebuildable converter, payment will be made in the appropriate amount. You must supply a copy of the original invoice in the box along with your current contact information. Cores must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. The core must be drained of all fluids and shipped prepaid to: Torque Converters Inc.; 1125 South Garfield Ave. Unit A; Loveland, Colorado 80537.
