Race Converters Warranty

Torque Converters Inc. (TC) warrants to the Original Retail Purchaser that all race converters manufactured by TC will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice. TC guarantees satisfaction for the first 30 days after purchase (See Return Policy). The Pro 9 and Racing 8 converters are allowed one stall speed adjustment within the first 90 days. TC will repair or replace, at their option, any part, assembly or portion thereof which TC’s examination discloses to be defective. Disassembly by anyone other than TC voids all warranties. The liabilities of TC are limited solely and exclusively to replacement or repair as stated herein and do not include any incidental, consequent, or other damages of any kind whatsoever. Items not covered: normal wear and tear or improper use, removal and installation labor, damage to other components, shipping, down time, fluid costs, and failure due improper installation or maintenance. You must contact TC are receive a warranty return authorization number. The converter must be drained and shipped prepaid to: Torque Converters Inc.; 1125 South Garfield Ave. Unit A; Loveland, Colorado 80537.

OEM converter warranty

Torque converters Inc., (TC) warrants to the Original Purchaser that all of the torque converters rebuilt by TC will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty will extend for a period of 1 year from date of the original invoice, unless otherwise noted. TC will repair or replace, at their option, any part, assembly or portion thereof which TC’s examination discloses to be defective. Transportation costs are not included. Disassembly of the torque converter by anyone other than TC voids all warranties. The liabilities of TC are limited solely and exclusively to replacement or repair as stated herein and does not include any incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind whatsoever. Items not covered: normal wear and tear, failure due to improper installation, maintenance and vehicle modification. You must contact TC and get a return authorization number. The converter must be drained and shipped prepaid  to: Torque Converters Inc.; 1125 South Garfield Ave. Unit A; Loveland, Colorado 80537.

Torque Converters Inc.offers no warranty for any product that is manufactured by others. If you have any problem with transmission repair kits or filters, you must contract the manufacturer directly. DO NOT return to TC.
